Silviya Saikali Biography
Silviya has studied Fashion and Textile design in Milan, Italy, ultimately shaping her creativity, artistic sensibility and craftsmanship skills. After a successful career in the Italian Fashion industry, particularly at Maison Moschino, and having worked on diverse artistic projects along the way, including the establishment of the luxury label Silviya Neri, Silviya’s recognisable style of drawing, sculpture and chosen subjects are anything but ordinary. Silviya’s biggest inspiration is rooted in her childhood, enriched by lush nature, folklore, fairy tales and mythology, now melded together and translated into new enchanting wonders- meticulously sculptured clay flowers and fine porcelain beetles. Silviya is known for surreal, magical and authentic story telling.
